7 License Agreement

The GlobalStore (GS) package is owned by the Walloon Region of Belgium. This license hereby grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive royalty-free worldwide license to use the GS package for non-commercial purposes, subject to your agreement to the following terms and conditions: This license agreement shall be included in the source code and documentation and must be retained in all copies, partial or complete, of the GS package. You acquire no ownership right, title, or interest in the GS package except as provided herein. The following copyright notice is included in the source code and must be retained in all files:

You agree to defend, indemnify and save the Walloon Region against all liability, attorney's fees, and costs of defending against third party claims against the Walloon Region arising out of your use of the GS package.
You may not use the name of the Walloon Region in any advertisement, press release or for other publicity with reference to the GS package without prior written consent of the Walloon Region.

The GS package IS A RESEARCH WORK WHICH IS PROVIDED "AS IS", AND THE WALLOON REGION DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WALLOON REGION BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
